Let's start with location: Although quite near to Palma, Badia Gran has kept its authentic and relaxed spirit. Considering that the next beach, Cala Blava, is only a 5 minutes drive away and the island's best beach, Es Trenc, less than 20 minutes, you'll be surprised by how few tourists are in the area. The neighbourhood is characterized by villas and detached residential houses. Restaurants, bars and shops are with-in walking distance.
Villa Roca sits on the highest cliff along this section of coastline, majestically overlooking the bay all the way to Palma. Love boat-like sunsets are impossible to avoid here. You will sense the instant Zen effect of this villa once you've passed the entrance. Here you can be out of this world without being away from it all, parents especially will appreciate this advantage. But let's have a look at amenities and design. This modern villa is divided into three levels. The hallway with a guest bathroom on the ground floor leads to a large and bright living room area, where a modern and open american-style kitchen is integrated. Additionally, a spacious master bedroom with seaview is located here. The ground floor level of the building has direct access to the spacious terrace and the estate's pool area. From the pool and the villa's surrounding terraces, a 180°-degree panoramic view of the sea opens up - all the way to the bay of Palma. On the top floor of the villa three bedrooms are located, two of them have a bathroom ensuite. The master bedroom has as well a roomy wardrobe and an entrance to the balcony. In the basement of the property a fitness parlour and the access to the underground car park for up to three cars are to be found.
Central heating in all rooms make it a all year round hideaway.
