"Would you be so kind as to build the perfect luxury chalet for me? Sure, what's the budget? The what...?" More or less like this we reckon the conversation between the owner and the architect must have taken place. Just entering the property through the underground garage (did we say car park?) reassures you that someone special has had a chalet built for his family. We would gladly eat from the garage's floor so immaculate and shiny is the concrete. Head-shakingly moving forward we pass by the home cinema which also serves as a private disco with its own bar and color-changing ambient light system.
Having arrived on the ground floor we point fingers at the spa area and feel the space wasted with an exclusive stone floor just as the latter is starting to descend into the water revealing the pool. Unseen. Not so the kids playing in it. Because a window in the ceiling lets daddy keep an eye on them while sitting at the chess table in the living room. Now that is a pool alarm version 2.0.
Talking about the living room: it is of course the center of this 700 square meter chalet. And home to amazing design furniture flooded with light from the 3 meter high chandelier. Nothing megalomanic about the chalet though. Just really very sumptuous and to the point in terms of luxury and design.
